Carrier checklist

Website checklist for a newly registered carrier.

A shipper or broker should be able to verify the operation and request a quote without searching through messages or guessing what information to provide.

Business and operating-authority proof

  • Legal company name and operating name.
  • USDOT and MC numbers where applicable.
  • FMCSA operating-authority and insurance status without publishing sensitive documents.
  • Business phone, domain email and service area.

Operational information

  • Equipment types and practical capacity.
  • States, regions or lanes served.
  • Local, regional or long-haul focus.
  • Availability for recurring or one-off loads.

A useful quote form

Ask for origin, destination, dates, commodity, weight, equipment and contact details. Every request should enter one visible pipeline: New inquiry → Qualified → Quote sent → Won/Lost.

Avoid these credibility problems

  • Generic claims with no authority details.
  • A Gmail-only contact when a domain already exists.
  • Stock truck photos presented as the actual fleet.
  • A form that sends nowhere or gives no confirmation.

Want a carrier-specific setup?

We can prepare the website, quote form, domain email and a simple lead pipeline as one fixed scope.
