Who controls your information
YapClean Solutions is operated by EVA MAKAR EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria with UIC/EIK 206649912. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@yapclean.tech.
Information we collect
When you request a website check, complete the Solution Fit Check or contact us directly, we may receive your name, email address, business name, website, selected service and the information you include in your message. Our server also processes standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser information, time of request and security logs.
Why we use it
- To respond to your request and prepare the written check or recommendation you asked for.
- To keep a record of the enquiry, follow-up and agreed work.
- To protect the website and forms against abuse, spam and technical failures.
- To meet accounting, legal or contractual obligations when you become a client.
Submitting a service request does not automatically subscribe you to promotional email. Marketing messages are sent only where a separate consent or another lawful basis applies, and you can opt out at any time.
Legal bases
We process enquiry information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, for our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and securing our services. Contract, accounting and legal records may be retained where required by law.
Where information is stored
Enquiries may be stored on infrastructure used to operate the website and in the customer relationship system used to manage replies. Email may be processed by our email provider. We limit access to people and providers who need it to operate the service.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months so we can respond and understand prior communication. Client, invoice and contractual records may be retained for longer where required by Bulgarian or EU law. Security logs may be kept for a shorter operational period.
Sharing
We do not sell contact information. Data may be shared with hosting, email, CRM, analytics or technical service providers only as needed to operate the website and respond to requests, or where disclosure is required by law.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Send requests to hello@yapclean.tech. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.
